The warmth of open-pore mahogany!
The Duo guitar is carefully built around mahogany: the back, sides, neck, as well as the soundboard, which is massive for rich, naturally warm low-frequency projection and soundstaging. Its Auditorium format with cutaway allows a beautiful projection of the sound, despite a shorter than normal pitch (630mm instead of 650mm) and a wider fingerboard with a 50mm nut. This makes playing arpeggios more comfortable, easier with the slightly larger space between the strings and easier access to the high notes of the neck. The mahogany neck supports the 20 fret South American Rupeanà fingerboard. The special design of the headstock and bridge, the soft rounded shapes, and the inlay of two commas "//" on the twelfth fret ensure an elegant look and a fine Italian style. The Fishman Flex Plus T preamplifier will allow you to amplify your guitar with quality and elegance with as controls a volume, a 2-band EQ, a phase inverter, and a built-in tuner.
