With its smaller size, narrower neck and lightweight body, the VOX Mark V mini is easy to play, especially if you have small hands.
A short scale that plays like a regular guitar
This new MARK V mini guitar features a short 476 mm scale, but thanks to its larger gauge strings, it can be tuned in standard E (Mi La Re Sol Si mi), unlike most other mini guitars on the market. The nut is the same size as an ordinary guitar, but its 476 mm pitch is three-quarters of what you'd get on a standard guitar. And yet, thanks to its clever design and standard tuning, the MARK V mini guitar can be played just like a normal guitar without needing to adapt your fingering. In fact, because of the shorter neck, your fingers can even stretch further and play chords impossible on a standard-neck guitar!
Exclusive mechanics for easy tuning
VOX has developed specific mechanics with an 18:1 ratio to match the short pitch of this instrument. This makes tuning the MARK V mini guitar as easy as tuning a full-scale guitar.
Pickups that deliver the classic VOX sound
The MARK V mini guitar features two high-quality single-coil pickups that give you the typical sixties grain, as well as a three-position selector switch for varying tones.
A decidedly vintage design
The Phantom body shape is perhaps even more unique than the Teardrop shape - the iconic design, known for its bold yet vintage look, has been a favorite of countless artists and guitarists. The MARK V mini guitar is available in two colors: white and black.
